We handle a wide range of construction projects including residential maisonettes (3-5 bedrooms), institutional buildings such as churches and schools, interior design and fit-out, renovation and refurbishment works, and general building maintenance. Our NCA4 certification qualifies us to handle significant building works.

Project timelines vary depending on size, complexity, and scope. A typical residential maisonette (300-500 sqm) takes approximately 12-18 months from foundation to completion. Yes. Pierbuild Projects is a registered NCA4 Building Works Contractor (Reg. No. 44972/B/0922) with the National Construction Authority. We are also fully KRA Tax Compliant and our technical director is a registered Professional Engineer with the Engineers Board of Kenya.
