Pierbuild Projects Ltd is a building design and construction company, specializing in execution of projects from onset to completion. It was started in the year 2016 and incorporated as a private limited company on 15th February 2018.
The inspiration behind the company is to use the construction expertise of the founders to realize the clients' dreams. This was after analyzing the construction market which is flooded by many contractors who don't have construction knowledge. Pierbuild was therefore formed to fill in the gap.
We are a duly registered NCA4 Building Works Contractor (Reg. No 44972/B/0922) with the National Construction Authority of Kenya and are fully KRA Tax Compliant.

Eng. Samuel Kamau Mwaura, PE, MIEK
Managing / Technical Director
Eng. Samuel holds a BSc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Nairobi and has over 9 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a registered Professional Engineer with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) and a member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK). He oversees all technical aspects of projects, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
Kinyanjui Paul Mbure Kimani
Operations Director
Kinyanjui Paul holds a BSc. in Information Science from Moi University and brings 14 years of experience from Oxford University Press East Africa to the team. He is responsible for overseeing the company's operations, business development, and client relations, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
